This website is hosted by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Netlify processes the data that arises technically when the site is accessed (see server log files) on our behalf. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Netlify. As Netlify is a US company, data may be transferred to the United States. This transfer is based on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR and, where applicable, certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis for hosting is our legitimate interest in providing the website securely and efficiently (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).

If you use our request form, we process the details you enter (your goal, ZIP code, crew capacity, name, email address and phone number) along with your IP address and a timestamp to prevent abuse. We use this data solely to prepare your market analysis and to get back to you about it.
Submissions are received and stored by Netlify Forms, a function of our host Netlify, Inc., USA. Netlify processes the transmitted data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR); here too, transfer to the United States may take place on the basis of standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (steps taken prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling enquiries and preventing abuse). We do not sell your details, do not add you to a mailing list and do not pass them to third parties for their own purposes. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for that purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
For online appointment booking we use the service Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., USA). When the booking calendar is opened, a connection to Cal.com servers is established and your IP address is transmitted to Cal.com. If you book an appointment, we and Cal.com process the details you provide (e.g. name, email address, chosen slot) in order to arrange and hold the call. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (steps taken prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in simple scheduling). As Cal.com may also process data in the United States, any such transfer is based on standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). Details can be found in Cal.com’s own privacy policy.
This website sets no tracking, analytics or marketing cookies, uses no advertising pixels, and embeds no third-party services for analytics purposes. It also stores nothing in your browser’s local storage. That is why there is no cookie banner.
The typefaces, images and videos used on this website are served locally from our own server. There is no connection to third-party servers (e.g. Google Fonts), and no personal data is transmitted to third parties for this purpose.
